We accept returns for store credit on items purchased from our Baraka Originals, Vintage & Estate and Jewelry categories. We cannot accept returns on any custom or customized purchases, or on pieces that have been altered specifically for you (i.e. pieces that have been sized, repolished, or changed in any way).
If you are planning to return an item to us, please contact us for specific return instructions prior to shipping the piece. Returns must be sent back fully insured with signature confirmation, and mailed back within 7 days of you receiving the package.
When returning an item...
- It must return in its original condition. All merchandise is inspected upon its return. Any merchandise that does not match the item data in our system, or shows any signs of wear or damage, will be refused or returned.
- Once the item has been approved for return, you can choose to receive an 80% refund, or 100% credit on your account for a future purchase with Baraka Gems.
- For shipped jewelry, we are not responsible for any merchandise that is sent back to us and is not received in our studio.
