The center stone is a beautiful .35ct natural blue sapphire, surrounded by a stunning collection of .16ctw lab created diamonds. The gorgeous 14k yellow gold setting is accented with milgrain. Currently the ring is a size 5.75, but can be adjusted for a small fee.
